When one of the leading house builders invited our team to participate in one of their high-quality, state-of-the-art apartment developments, we embraced the challenge. The collaboration resulted in the successful design, supply, and installation of the following range of products:
A rooftop oval-shaped chiller measuring 9.1m L x 6.7m W x 3.2m H for the acoustic residential development.
A rooftop aesthetic condenser louvre and panel screen designed to prevent noise emission to a penthouse garden and apartment area. The dimensions are 8.2m L x 5.9m W x 2.6m H, and the components include panels, louvres, and high-level discharge splitters.
Specialised stainless steel Grade A2 walkway gratings, with the most significant dimensions being 45m L x 1.6m W.
Plantroom weather louvres and insulated thermal panelling for non-functional areas of the louvre bank, with dimensions of 24.4m L x 2m H.
Fire-rated damper banks located between the plant room and car park areas, with the largest approximately measuring 7.5m L x 3m are located between the plant room
A series of varying types and sizes of acoustic and weather louvres, including doors, across different areas of the project.
